Lullable
Creators — $0.50 per iPhone download you send
Opens a pre-filled email; a person replies within a week. No mail app? Write to info@getlullable.com with your name, your links, your audience size, the code you'd like, and PayPal or Wise.
Lullable is an iPhone app where a calm voice reads you fascinating true things — the slow life of a redwood, a Roman bathhouse at closing time — so unhurriedly that you are not meant to reach the end. If you already talk to an audience at bedtime, tell them about it, and get paid when they download it.
How it works
- Email us where you publish, roughly how many people listen or watch, and the code you'd like — your show or handle, in lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens.
- You get your link: getlullable.com/go/yourcode. Say it on air, put it in the notes and your bio.
- You get paid. Every first-time download the App Store credits to your link earns $0.50. Statement on the 1st, money thirty days later.
Your link and the App Store
The app is on the App Store. Your link sends iPhones straight to the listing and everyone else to our site. Apple issues our campaign tag a day or two after launch, and downloads made before it exists cannot be tied to a code — so wait for our email confirming your link is tagged before you push. Then go.
What we pay
- $0.50 per first-time download that App Store Connect attributes to your code. Re-downloads and your own installs don't count.
- Apple's window is 24 hours from the tap, and the most recent link wins. There is no cookie, so no thirty-day window; that is Apple's rule and it is the same for everyone.
- Pilot: the first twenty creators, up to 500 paid downloads each per month. If the pilot is full we say so in the reply. Both numbers are reviewed after the first statements.
- Paid by PayPal or Wise thirty days after the monthly statement. Under $25 rolls forward.
- Apple's campaign report is the ledger. The same number for both of us. Apple shows a campaign only once it has five first-time downloads, so a slow first month can read as zero. No pixel, nothing inside the app.
Say this
- The mechanism: a calm voice reads true, gently fascinating material so slowly that you are not meant to make it to the end. Interesting beats relaxing at bedtime.
- Your own experience: which story you never got to the end of.
- The facts: iPhone only, free tier, made by one person, no music, no sleep score, no streaks.
- Your link, said twice. That is the one mandatory line.
- That we pay you, first. "Lullable pays me a commission if you download through my link." Out loud, at the start of the mention, not only in the description. It is the law in the US, the UK, the EU and Mexico, and it is also the point.
Not this
- Nothing about treating, curing or fixing anything. Lullable is not a medical device, and a story is not care.
- No promised results: nothing about faster, deeper or better sleep, no before-and-after.
- Nothing "proven", nothing "recommended by" anyone.
- Not the price. "There's a free tier" is the whole sentence.
- No ads on the word Lullable, no coupon sites, no incentives to download.
Your kit
The press kit has the logo, the app icon and screenshots. Use them unedited: the icon exactly as supplied, Apple's black App Store badge as Apple supplies it, screenshots as they are or in Apple's own device frames.
A sixty-second read
Quick word about Lullable, which I've been using at bedtime. It's an iPhone app where a calm voice reads you fascinating true things — the history of lighthouses, how glass is made — slowly enough that you're not meant to make it to the end. I never have. That's the whole idea: no music, no breathing exercises, nothing to do. You press play and lie there. It's built by one person, and there's a free tier. Full disclosure: Lullable pays me a small commission when you download through my link. If you want to try it, go to getlullable.com slash go slash [your code] — that's getlullable dot com, slash go, slash [your code] — and it takes you straight to the App Store. Tell me which one you fell asleep to.
About 125 words, under a minute with room to improvise. Swap the two topics for stories you actually listened to. Say the link twice, no more.
Seven hooks for short video
- "POV: it's minute four of the history of lighthouses and you're already gone."
- "I have no idea how any of these stories end."
- "Stop scrolling if it's past midnight and you're still here."
- "An app that reads you true facts so slowly you're not meant to reach the end."
- "Unpopular opinion: rain sounds don't do it for me. A calm voice explaining how glass is made does."
- "Nobody talks about this but 'interesting' beats 'relaxing' at bedtime."
- "Things I learned three minutes of before passing out."
Fifteen to thirty seconds, vertical, a real screen recording of the app playing, you on camera. On screen from the first frame: Lullable · free to download · link in bio. Spoken: your link.
Questions
How do you know a download came from me?
Your link carries your code as Apple's campaign tag, and App Store Connect counts first-time downloads per tag. We read that report once a month and pay from it.
Someone hears the episode and downloads a week later?
Then Apple cannot connect it to you, and we cannot pay for it. We know that undercounts you. It is also why the rate is per download rather than per subscriber.
Android?
Not yet. iPhone only. Android listeners who tap your link land on our site and can join the newsletter.
Can I offer a discount code, or run ads for my link?
Not yet on codes: once there is volume, top partners get an App Store offer code to say on air. No ads on the word Lullable and no coupon sites — your own channels, your own audience, your own words.
The creator program terms are the whole agreement, short on purpose. Either side can end it by email.
