Write to us
That address reaches a person, not a queue. We aim to reply within two business days. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead; if it involves the app, your iPhone model and iOS version save us a round trip.
Everything below is what people write in about most, in the order they write in about it.
Signing in
Lullable uses Sign in with Apple and nothing else. There is no password to lose, no email confirmation to wait for, and we never see your Apple ID.
If you chose Hide My Email when you signed up, Apple gave us a relay address instead of your real one. Mail to it still reaches you. If you later turn that relay off in your Apple ID settings, we lose the only way we have to contact you.
Restoring a subscription
Subscriptions belong to your Apple ID, not to your phone. New device, or reinstalled the app?
- Open Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases
- Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that paid
If Premium still does not come back, write to us with the date of purchase and we will look it up.
Changing or cancelling a subscription
Billing runs through Apple, so cancelling happens on Apple's side and we cannot do it for you:
- On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lullable
- Or go straight to Apple's subscription settings
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are also Apple's, not ours. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to add context to a request, but Apple makes the decision.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Apple asks you to confirm it is you, and then your account and account-linked data go — favorites, listening progress, reminders, and any private reflections stored on that device.
Two things worth knowing before you tap it:
- Deleting your account does not cancel billing through Apple. Cancel the subscription first, using the steps above, if you do not want it to renew.
- Premium bought under a deleted account may not be recoverable under a new one during the term you already paid for.
If you would rather we did it by hand, or you want everything we hold on the website side deleted too, write to info@getlullable.com. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
Playback
- The sleep timer fades the story out rather than cutting it. Set the default under Profile → Playback → Default sleep timer.
- Narration speed is on the same screen. Some people find 0.9× is the one that works.
- Stories keep playing with the screen locked, and the lock screen controls are the ordinary ones.
- If audio stops when the screen locks, check that Lullable is not being put to sleep by Low Power Mode or a Screen Time limit.
Privacy and your data
What we collect, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it is all in the Privacy Policy — written plainly, short version first. Requests under GDPR, the LFPDPPP or the CCPA go to the same address: info@getlullable.com.
Press, partnerships, and everything else
Same address again. There is only one.
One thing we cannot help with
Lullable is not a medical device and we are not clinicians. If you are dealing with clinical insomnia, or sleeplessness that is frightening you, please talk to a doctor. A story is a good companion for a restless night; it is not care.
